FIELD: heat supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed boiler has gas-tube and water-tube parts installed in one housing. Gas-tube part is provided with furnace in form of fire tube and gas-tube single-pass bank, and water-tube part is provided with convection chamber with heat-exchange heating surface. Boiler has front turnable chamber located on boiler front and it is provided with additional heating surfaces in form of front shield and front ring channel from side of front playing the part of manifolds of front shield and heat insulation of boiler housing. Heat exchange heating surface in convection chamber is made in form of detachable convection unit with flow of gases from top to bottom and consisting of flat sections, being tubular-diaphragm panels connected with rectangular manifolds. Convection chamber is provided with additional heating surface in form of rear ring channel playing simultaneously part of manifolds delivering water into detachable unit and water volume of gas-tube part of boiler and also heat insulation of boiler housing.
EFFECT: provision of reliability, repairability, efficiency and convenience in operation.
