FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining activity of immunoglobulin classes IgM and IgG to herpes simplex virus at the fifth and fifteenth day after being admitted in hospital. Diagnostically significant result titers being 1.0-1.7 times as high in IgM case and 2.1-3.0 times as high in IgG case, systemic disease complication with exudative pericarditis is to be diagnosed. The immunoglobulin values being lower and not reaching diagnostically significant result or not exceeding it 1.01-1.99 times as high in IgG case, favorable systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis development course with no exudate is to be predicted.
