SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of image formation in positron-emission tomography. Simulator of response to therapeutic treatment contains modelling device for formation of model of structure of object or subject to be treated, on the basis of information about object or subject, and predicting device, which forms predicted response, demonstrating the way how structure must probably respond to treatment, on the basis of model and plan of therapeutic treatment, and which forms parametric map, including quantitative information, demonstrating predicted response, with parametric map describing quantitatively accumulation of isotope indicator of inflamed tissue and being used for removal of contribution of isotope indicator accumulation from inflamed tissue from image data, leaving accumulation of isotope indicator from tumour in image data.

EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of predicting response of object's or subject's structure to treatment.
