FIELD: electrical engineering; electrical machines for mechanical-to-electrical and electrical-to-mechanical energy conversion.
SUBSTANCE: proposed stack that builds magnetic system of rotor designed for use in electromagnetically excited valve-type commutatorless inductor machines such as traction drive motors and vehicle generators, load-lifting machines, pump and compressor drive motors, water-wheel and wind power generators has more than two magnetically permeable steel stampings with pole horns; novelty is that cylindrical stack incorporates permanent magnets installed in stamping holes between pole horns radially magnetized above permanent magnets and is provided with jumpers. Holes are provided between magnets and pole horns with jumpers retained between permanent magnets and pole horns for holding magnets in position to prevent their lateral displacement.
EFFECT: improved characteristics and enlarged functional capabilities of electrical machines.
