SUBSTANCE: connecting device has base adapted for positioning onto bottle, piston movable in base opening, and cap for at least partial closing of base outer surface. Piston is fitted with perforating member adapted for penetration into bottle plug. Cap is made from more hard material than base. Cap is provided with at least one peripheral rib adapted for hermetically sealed penetration into base opposite zone. Peripheral rib is coated with lubricant forming film thereon. When cap is moved relative to base, as well as in fixed state of cap and base with respect to one another, at least one rib is still coated with film.
EFFECT: provision for sufficient sealing of space between walls of base and cap and simplified dismantling of said two parts.
