FIELD: medicine; mixing of liquid substances with powders. SUBSTANCE: device has vessel whose neck is stopped by relatively light material plug. Vessel has ring outer bead. Device has also inner cap for covering vessel neck. Cap has teeth for engagement vessel bead, cross wall for contacting with outer part of plug, and coupler accommodating a piston. Needle designed for piercing the plug passes through piston. Cross wall is made or relatively hard material for thrusting against outer part of plug. Wall has hole to pass needle. Outer ring is provided for snapping inner cap under vessel bead. Outer ring is made for sliding along outer part of inner cap and is provided with lockring on lower end for snapping inner cap. Device has special means preventing contact with outer medium which is in tight contact with coupler. Needle is hollow and is provided with points on both ends for connecting vessel space, after piercing of plug, with vessel containing liquid component by piercing plug of the latter by other point of needle.
