SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used for connecting a vessel containing neck closed with a plug to a syringe. Device (10) to connect a vessel containing a neck closed with a plug to a vessel, configured with the possibility of installing needle (62) in it comprises base (20) equipped with means (22) for mounting on a vessel, which limits central bore (26) and on which a vessel can be mounted. Device also comprises needle (62), belonging to a subassembly (60) engaged in the central bore and located in central hole (26), in the direction parallel to longitudinal axis (X26) of that bore; sealing sleeve (40) located in central bore (26) around needle (62) and in contact with this needle. Base (20) is one-piece and contains means (28) for piercing the plug that extends from intermediate wall (21) of the base, opposite central bore (26), parallel to central axis (X26) of the bore and as far as distal end (282). Piercing device (28) is hollow and its inner volume (V28) is in communication with the central bore (26) and, on the other side, with volume (V22) surrounding distal end (282) of the piercing member. Group of inventions also relates to a method for assembling the said device and method for filling the reservoir with product contained in the vessel using this device.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides compact and easy-to-use device, which reduces the risk of leakage of product and reduces loss of product during its movement from one vessel to another.
