FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes grinding and activating the mixture of components of a material with the use of grinding members, setting the mixture in motion to form a directed flow, and supplying gas to the flow. The flow of the mixture to be grinded and activated is throttled by passing it through the zone of high hydrodynamic drag, which is provided by the shape and arrangement of grinding members. The mixture is then foamed by supplying gas to the flow downstream of the zone. The device has working members provided with grinding members. The working members are mounted coaxially in the housing for permitting mutual rotation. The grinding members are mounted as ring concentric rows on the planes of the working members facing each other. The planes form a working space. The grinding members at least of the first and last rows from the axis of rotation are made of pressurizing blades. The filling branch pipe is set at the axis of rotation of the working members, and discharging branch pipe is arranged over the periphery of the working members. At least one of the working members is provided with openings for inflowing gas to the working space. The grinding members of the working members which form central part of the working space in the direction of the flow are made of coaxial ring projections with through radial passages for flowing the mixture. The openings for gas inflow are arranged directly downstream of the ring projections of the central part.
