METHOD OF LOOSE MATERIALS GRINDING AND A DEVICE FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2255809 C2

FIELD: methods and devices for loose materials fine grinding and mechanical activation.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of methods and devices for loose materials fine grinding and mechanical activation. The grinding is performed by impact action of the grinding bodies caused by centrifugal forces and at the relative mutual rotation of the volume with the grinding bodies and the reflecting surface. The rotation is carried out at the rates stipulating for pressing of the grinding bodies to the reflecting surface. The grinding bodies are compulsorily separated from the indicated surface and ensure their relocation under action of the inertial forces till the moment they are overpowered by the centrifugal forces. The device is characterized by the fact, that the lateral surface of the working body has a curvilinear form with an acute-angled edge and with a guiding surface for the grinding bodies. the invention allows to increase efficiency of grinding.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased efficiency of grinding.
