FIELD: recovery of plastics.
SUBSTANCE: device for repeatable working of polyolefin sheet plastic material has mechanism for grinding material, separator for separating the material of density higher than that of the plastic material by flotation, grinder for grinding plastic material up to fine particles, and water settler provided with blades for surface mixing of fine particles from one side and bottom from the other side. The bottom has outlet branch pipe. The settler is provided with feeder for receiving the plastic material which should be grinded and separated from the materials of higher density. The first electric motor of variable speed for control of feeding rate is mounted near the bottom. The device has apparatus for binding the plastic material and separating the plastic material from water. The device has pump provided with the inlet connected with the outlet, outlet, and several movable members which provided sucking water and materials through the inlet and flowing water and materials through the outlet. The device has the second electric motor which actuates movable members and can change the flow velocity.
