FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: crude oil is subjected to electrodesalting and dehydration and/or atmospheric and vacuum distillation. Gasoline fractions are subjected to stabilization and secondary distillation; gasoline, kerosene, and diesel fraction to hydrofining; and hydrofined gasoline fraction to reforming. When conducting operations, steam used as heat carrier is partly produced by combustion of associated gas and/or process gas releasing in petroleum processing thermal processes, and/or petroleum processing thermodestructive processes, and/or intermediate products. Gas is supplied into gas network at 50-70 C and pressure 3-5 kg/sq. cm. 60 to 85% of gas is burnt in process furnaces and 15 to 40% of steam generator to form condensate. The latter in mixture with preheated chemically purified water is used in steam generator. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, increased yield of products and improved their quality. 20 cl, 1 tbl
