FIELD: transport engineering; suspensions of cross-country trucks.
SUBSTANCE: proposed truck suspensions contains longitudinal singlesemielliptic springs arranged in hangers secured on frame. Springs are rigidly connected with axle in middle part, while rear part is provided with sliding support for horizontal longitudinal travel of spring. Two pairs of hydropneumatic springs with built-in valves of shock absorbers are hinge connected by lower ends with axle, and by upper ends are rigidly secured on frame by hangers. Posts and rods of lateral stabilizer are hinge secured on axle and frame. Frame is provided with tubular crossmember on which torque rod is hinge connected by one end. Other end of torque rod is hinge secured on upper part of axle reduction gear. Longitudinal, cross and part of vertical forces are taken up of longitudinal single-eye semielliptic springs. The rest of vertical forces is taken un by hydropneumatic springs with built-in valves of shock absorbers. Lateral stabilizer decreases lateral heeling of truck owing to rigidity of tie-rod.
EFFECT: increased energy capacity of suspension at high strokes, improved reliability at sufficiently high smoothness of running.
