FIELD: biochemical purification of municipal and industrial sewage water of nitrogen and oil processing industry for utilization of processed water.
SUBSTANCE: system has combined construction including nitrifying unit, denitrifying unit with levelers, aerotanks-mixers and settling vessels for purification of ammonium- and-nitrogen-containing compounds and other kinds of sewage. Fine purification of sewage water is provided by employment of two-staged bioreactor and disinfecting of sewage water is provided by usage of UV unit for allowing industrial sewage water to be recycled. System is further equipped with sewage water pumping station, excessive silt blowing tanks with ejector inside thereof, flotation units, silt water reservoir and compacted silt reservoir, silt pumping station and silt grounds equipped with pipelines. Inlet of sewage water pumping stations is connected to excessive silt pipelines, said silt being supplied from nitrification and denitrification complexes, as well as from settling vessels, and outlets are connected via pipelines with inlets of excessive silt blowing tanks with ejector inside. Outlets of said tanks are connected via pipelines to flotation unit inlet ends, said flotation unit outlet ends being connected to compacted silt and silt water reservoirs. Compacted silt reservoir is connected via pipelines through silt pumping station to silt ground inlet ends. Outlet end of silt water reservoir is connected via pipeline with second inlet of nitrifying unit.
EFFECT: wider range of use and increased efficiency in purification of sewage water.
