FIELD: MANUFACTURE OF BUILDING MATERIALS.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns mineral binders containing organic surfactants and which can be used in industrial and civil construction for manufacturing cast-in-place, prefabricated-concrete, and reinforced concrete units. Water-based binder contains 77.880-78.000% of cement and 1.671-5.000% of additive, namely 15% aqueous lignosulfonate solution treated by exhausted etching solution (illuminating engineering production waste) at volume ratio 1:1.
EFFECT: increased mobility and strength of cement mixes.
