SUBSTANCE: invention provides perovskite-type ceramic material for use in production of ion- and/or electron-conducting ceramic products. Mixture has general formula LaaLnbMcGadM'eO3-δ, where -1< δ <1; Ln is combination of Ce, Pr, Nd, and optionally another lanthanide metal; M represents at least one alkali-earth metal; M' at least one metal selected from group comprising 2A, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B, 8, 1B, 2B, 3A, 4A group and precious metals; a+b+c< 1 and/or d+c <2 so that a+b+c cannot be equal to d+c.
EFFECT: increased chemical stability because of decreased reactivity to metal or metal oxides applied on material, increased electron and ion conductance.
