SUBSTANCE: composite material is based on (Gd1-xSrx)1-sFe1-yCoyO3-δ or (Ln1-xSrx)1-sFe1-yCoyO3-δ), where s is equal to or greater than 0.05; 0<x<1; 0<y<1; where Ln denotes a lanthanide, Sc or Y. Said composite material contains at least two immiscible phases, where the first of the at least two phases has particle size between 0.5 and 60 mcm and the second has particle size less than 0.5 mcm, where particles of the second phase lie on the surface of the particles of the first phase.
EFFECT: low working temperature, reduced destruction of the material, low total cost of the cell.
