SUBSTANCE: device has source of high-speed plasma, which is an atmosphere layer transformed into plasma when touched plating of spaceship, entering atmosphere at high speed. Source of starting magnetic drive is made in form of electromagnet coil, powered from accumulator through electrodes, closed by electro-conducting plasma in case of its presence.

EFFECT: substantially simplified construction, higher reliability and lesser dimensions and mass.
