FIELD: computer engineering for microwave ovens.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device enable menu display on single screen using tree structure or window structure. In the end data on display control are stored so that different menu can be displayed in the form of tree structure or display window. These display control data are stored in separately supported memory. Novelty is that proposed method and device provide for acknowledging various functions of microwave oven on same screen at a time and for minimizing tests and errors made by user of microwave oven. In addition it takes shorter time for user to familiarize himself (herself) with microwave oven operating instructions and to facilitate choice of desired function.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities.
