FIELD: poultry science.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with introducing enzymatic preparation at the quantity of 0.09-0.11% against the main diet and complex of organic acids at the dosage of 0.27-0.33% as constituents of combined feedstuff at increased content of fiber in broiler chickens aged 8 d till slaughtering. Enzymatic preparation contains cellulase, lipase, beta-glucanase, protease, alpha-amylase and a filler. Complex of organic acids consists of fumaric, propionic, citric, formic and lactic acids and a filler at certain quantitative ratio of components. Application of the suggested method under conditions of increased temperatures enables to decrease the action of temperature stress, fodder expenses by 17.7%, increase body weight by 10.77% and stock safety by 16.7%.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of feeding.
