FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises administering to the combined feed of triticale and the enzyme preparation. Triticale is added into the combined feed in an amount of 30-45% by weight of the combined feed. The enzyme preparation is used as CelloLux-F in an amount of 50-70 g/ton of feed. Broiler chickens start to be fed from 5 days of age, and feeding to laying hens is carried out during the maintenance.
EFFECT: improvement of digestibility and use of nutrient substances of the feed with adding to it of triticale, and increase in productivity of poultry.
