FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining micro blood vessels number, their length and diameter. The obtained data are used for calculating exchange surface and microcirculation bed volume. Systemic arterial blood pressure and its ratio to reference values is determined. Stereological reconstruction of required object is selected. Blood circulation volume speed in some segments of micro blood vessels and linear blood circulation speed in each of the blood vessels as well as general and specific blood circulation volume speed. Blood supply rate in selected cerebral structures and cerebral blood supply disorders criteria in given local segment are determined.

EFFECT: high accuracy in determining organism tissue micro-areas blood supply with significantly different levels of metabolism activity.
