THERAPY OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61N5/67

Abstract RU 2364429 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, and can be used for treatment patients with essential hypertension. It is ensured by pharmacotherapy combined with intravenous laser exposure of blood in wavelength 0.63 mcm with the radiated power at light guide end is 1.5-2.0 mW. Therapeutic course includes 5 daily sessions of 15-20 minutes provided hyperemic hemodynamic microcirculation and normocirculatory hemodynamic microcirculation, nitrate/nitrite level 38.6±2.4 mkmol/l and more, Willebrand factor 125±3.6%, thrombocyte aggregation within 31.8±2.1-58.6±2.2%, erythrocyte aggregation 26.4±1.3-46.8±0.6%, erythrocyte deformability within 0.59+0.01. Therapeutic course includes 8 daily sessions of 15-20 minutes provided spastic hemodynamic microcirculation and stagnant-and-stasic hemodynamic microcirculation, nitrate/nitrite level lower than 38.6±1.4 mkmol/l, Willebrand factor more than 125±3.6%, thrombocyte aggregation 58.6±2.2% and more, erythrocyte aggregation 46.8±0.6% and more, erythrocyte deformability more than 0.59±0.01.

EFFECT: declared method allows for differentiated approach to treatment of patients suffering from essential hypertension, reduced arterial pressure, improved level of health and clinical effectiveness of pharmacotherapy.
