FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has gas generator having pyrotechnic charge and initiation system, reservoir having tube closed with lower and upper seal pistons and active liquid agent enclosed between them. The reservoir changes its volume when the lower piston moves. The pyrotechnic charge has mixture of the first and the second gunpowder, the first one being dynamic burning speed greater than that of the second one. Device for making injection has hollow member mounted on outside surface of the tube for receiving lower seal piston. Free space is available between the hollow member bottom and the lower seal piston.
EFFECT: enabled variable quantity of liquid to be injected.
