FIELD: concentration of minerals; non-ferrous metallurgy; manganese ore processing plants.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is performed in one apparatus in flooded layer of pulp of crushed starting ore at solid-to-liquid ratio equal to 1: (1-5). Pulp is fed to space between plates of thin-layer module and is subjected to alternating pulsation. Jigging of deslimed product is performed on artificial bed at ratio of thickness of artificial bed to thickness of pulp layer above screen equal to 1 : (5-100), Ratio of density of 1extracted manganese minerals to density of artificial bed is equal to 1: (1.0-1.5).
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of concentration of lean manganese ores; facilitated procedure.
