FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a gypsum-containing hardened article showing enhanced resistance of constant deformation and a method for it preparing. Method involves preparing a mixture of material based on calcium sulfate, water and sufficient amount of one or more improving agents taken among concentrated phosphoric acids each of that comprises 2 or some structural elements of phosphoric acids; and salts or ions of concentrated phosphates each of that comprises 2 or more structural elements of phosphates. Then mixture is kept under conditions providing the conversion of calcium sulfate-base material to material based on hardened gypsum. Invention provides preparing gypsum-containing articles showing enhanced strength, resistance of constant deformation and stability of sizes.
