FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, chemistry of polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing liquid modified 2,2-bis-(4-cyanatophenyl)-propane. Block polycyclotrimerization of the latter in the process of thermal treatment results to forming high-strength heat-resistant polycyanurate polymeric matrix comprising in units polymeric nets 1,3,5-triazine cycles. Liquid polymer based on diphenylolpropane cyanic ester is prepared by oligomerization of 80-95 mas. p. p. of 2,2-bis-(4-cyanatophenyl)-propane at temperature 250oC in the presence of polyaminoimide oligomer as a modifying additive of molecular mass ~ 1000 Da, flexible aliphatic CH2-groups (2-12 mas. p. p.), and isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride (3-8 mas. p. p.). Invention provides enhancing working life and phase uniformity of oligomer with simultaneous improving physical-mechanical properties of hardened polymer.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of oligomer.
