FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of high-temperature cyanate ester adhesives with high heat resistance (working temperature of up to 200 °C) for bonding polymer composite materials by gluing, used in production of parts and assembly units of aviation equipment, including, when gluing and moulding articles from polymer composite materials is performed in one process cycle. Cyanate ester adhesive composition includes cyanic ester, epoxy resin, a modifier and additionally contains a curing agent. Modifier used is thermoplastic, selected from a group comprising polysulphone, polyether sulphone, polyarylsulphone and mixtures thereof. Curing agent used is a metal complex catalyst from series of iron (III) acetylacetonate, copper (II) acetylacetonate, chromium (III) acetylacetonate, cobalt (II) and (III) acetylacetonate. Composition contains, wt%: cyanic ester 50-70; thermoplastic 5-30; epoxy resin 5-50; metal complex catalyst 0.01-0.15.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce an adhesive compound and articles from polymer composite materials with stable high-strength (shear strength and with uniform tearing sheath of cellular filler) as at room and at temperature 200 °C.
