FIELD: chemistry of polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates, in particular, to composites of polyamide glue-melts used, for example, for gluing metals, nonmetallic materials in machine engineering, instrument making industry, electrical engineering, chemical industry and so on. Glue-melt comprises polyamide prepared by polycondensation of hexamethylenediamine and carboxylic acid and a modifying additive. In polycondensation reaction a mixture of dimerizated fatty acid with carboxylic acid or with mixture of carboxylic acids taken among the group including acetic, sebacic, resin acids are used as carboxylic acid. As a modifying additive glue-melt comprises polyamide prepared by polycondensation of diethylenetriamine and mixture of dimerizated fatty acid with carboxylic acid or mixture of carboxylic acids taken among the group including acetic, sebacic, resin acids. By the second variant glue-melt comprises polyamide prepared by polycondensation of hexamethylenediamine with carboxylic acid and modifying additive. In polycondensation reaction a mixture of dimerizated fatty acid with carboxylic acid or mixture of carboxylic acids taken among the group including acetic, sebacic, resin acids is used as a carboxylic acid. As a modifying additive glue-melt comprises polyamide prepared by polycondensation of hexamethylenediamine and mixture of dimerizated fatty acid with carbonyl compound taken among the group including methyl isobutyl ketone, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, benzoic aldehyde. By the third variant glue-melt comprises polyamide prepared by polycondensation of hexamethylenediamine and carboxylic acid and a modifying additive. In polycondensation reaction a mixture of dimerizated fatty acid with carboxylic acid or mixture of carboxylic acids taken among the group including acetic, sebacic, resin acids are used as a carboxylic acid. As a modifying additive glue-melt comprises polyamide prepared by polycondensation of hexamethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine and mixture of dimerizated fatty acid with carboxylic acid or mixture of carboxylic acid taken among the group including acetic, sebacic, resin acids. Additionally, glue-melts can comprise inorganic filling agent. Application of definite polyamides and definite modifying agents as components of proposed glue-melts results to simultaneous enhancing strength of glue joining at shift, retention of this index for a long exploitation period and reducing hardening time of glue-melt. Invention provides enhancing strength at shift and reducing hardening time of glue-melt.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable properties of glue-melt.
