SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing nutrient biomass of yeast using carbohydrate raw in the presence of the solid phase. Method involves culturing yeast under aeration conditions in nutrient medium containing carbon source and the solid phase, isolation of the end product by concentrating yeast suspension by filtration and drying the end product. Potato tubers boiled at temperature 120-125^oC for 30-40 min at pH 1.0-1.2 are used as carbon source. After isolation of the end product filtrate is recovered on stage for preparing nutrient medium, This technology can be realized in modulus units of different power, among them in places with accumulated vegetable raw or its processing waste directly. Method provides simplifying process, to reduce cost at retaining nutrient value of yeast biomass.
