FIELD: fodder production and biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production and biotechnology, in particular to a method for bioconversion of sunflower husk, waste of fat and oil production, into a feed product with a high protein content. The method is characterized in that it involves grinding, delignification and fermentolysis of sunflower husks, separation of liquid fermentolysate and cultivation of protein-producing yeast strains on it, followed by separation, plasmolysis and drying of protein-enriched biomass. In this case, the sunflower husk is crushed to a particle size of 80-100 microns, for delignification a 10-15% suspension is prepared from the husk, in which a 2-6% sodium hydroxide solution is used as a dispersion medium, the resulting suspension is kept at a temperature of 125 - 130°C for 30 - 60 minutes, and the enzymatic lysis of delignified husk is carried out with preparations of cellulolytic enzymes at the rate of 30 - 60 units of cellulase activity (ClS units) per 1 g of dry delignified husk for 18 - 24 hours, as protein-producing crops yeast strain Debaryomyces hansenii Y-3863 or Kluyveromyces marxianus Y-4570 is used.
EFFECT: improvement of the method for bioconversion of sunflower husk, waste of fat and oil production, into a feed product with a high protein content.
