SUBSTANCE: method includes preparing surface of tank and applying protecting layer made of glass fifer cloth impregnated with water solution of anion polymer with concentration from 0.1 to 5% in mass and viscosity from 1000 to 10000 mPA s. The water solution can be mixed preliminary with asbestos fiber or cement.
