FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reclamation of sludge pits, production of artificial soil mixtures based on drilling mud and can be used in mining and oil producing industries. Processing of drill cuttings is carried out by successive collection of liquid oil or oil products from water surface of barn, pumping of water phase from barn, bituminized oil is assembled using a foam polyurethane foam fixed on a flexible net laid on the surface of the oil sludge, pumping oil and squeezing it out on the bank of the barn. Release of remaining water residues in slurry is performed by using sorbent granules absorbing and organic compounds, and filling the granary with a fertile layer is mixed with organic solid livestock wastes above the peat surface with sand and with the sorbent granules in a given ratio, with total content of components equal to 100 % in volumes, providing obtaining in general soil, performing function of soil-forming rock with subsequent control of soil quality, reinforcement of its surface, and a herbage mixture composition is formed with preset seeding rate, wherein material volume for creation of fertile layer is selected based on condition of equality or not exceeding volume of drilling sludge culvert.
EFFECT: obtaining soil, which functions as soil-forming rock – a component of natural environment, having improved quality characteristics, and creation of artificial landscapes, which meet aesthetic requirements.
