SUBSTANCE: device has connecting sleeves connected to column of pump bars and cylindrical half-couplings, in which cylindrical joints are placed. Cylindrical half-couplings are connected in cases into common cylindrical sleeve containing inner projections, in which cylindrical joints are placed, each of which is made together with respective connecting sleeve with possible free rotation relatively to each other in inner shelves of common cylindrical sleeve.

EFFECT: simplified construction, higher reliability.
