The neck of the cartridge case may have a contraction. The light-and-noise cartridge may have an end-cap.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of the light-and-noise cartridge for firearm, simplified construction and prevented infliction of terrible physical injuries at a distance from 1.0 m and attainment of the stopping effect at a distance up to 10 m.
