FIELD: pipeline transport systems engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, hollow of which is connected to hollow of pipeline, mounted on locking valve, mounted at pipeline side branch, dismountable bars column, mounted with possible axial displacement and fixing in the body with a compaction, having at lower end a holder with witness sample, on upper - crown block, drive, mounted on the body, mated to bars column, fixing means. Drive is made in form of two pneumatic cylinders, by one end with shell being connected to the body at its opposite sides, by another end with rod having lockable yokes with controllable jamming limiter, mounted on a bars column and mated to it with possible movement along it. Pneumatic cylinders are placed along body axis at a distance no less than total of two drives of pneumatic cylinder rod and yoke width, also, drive is provided with block of pneumatic valves, connected to body hollow and hollows of pneumatic cylinders, and to sparking plug connected to pneumatic valves block. Holder having length equal to inner diameter of pipeline is an extension of lower hollow bar of column and made in form of pylon with aerodynamic streamlined shape of cross-section, in the middle of which a control panel standard is mounted, and on its lower end with possible swaying around axis parallel to pipeline axis, by one end is fixed a witness-standard made of several strips of pipeline material having different dimensions and rigidly interconnected along each other, in form of a spring previously bent during manufacture having curve of outer surface formed by the longest strip, radius of which equals inner radius of pipeline, when it is pressed tightly to inner surface of pipeline without spaces. By other end witness-standard placed between limiting rollers mounted in hollow of lower bar mounted into guiding grooves of bar, is fixed with possible swaying around axis parallel to axis of pipeline at headpiece of pneumatic cylinder rod built in the bar and connected to block of pneumatic valves by channels through bars column with compactions in places of their connection and through crown block mated to adjustable fixing means mounted for the time of research on the body. Head of rod by its shelves is mounted in guiding grooves of bar, and forward in driving direction of environment flow in pipeline edge of witness-standard has a face on the inner side of bend at an angle of no more than 30° to inner surface of pipeline.

EFFECT: possible mounting of standard into pipeline with use of potential energy of compressed environment in pipeline, safety, quality and effectiveness of research for determining corrosion.
