FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment used in grain combine constructions.
SUBSTANCE: combine has front and rear units pivotally joined to one another. Front unit has grain harvesting device and grain transfer device. Rear unit has set of controlled drive wheels and grain hopper for receiving of grain from grain transfer device of front unit. Controlling of combine is effectuated by regulating wheels of rear unit having grain hopper, said unit being heavier and inertial. Grain transfer device, pivot joint, grain discharge device and control device are also described.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by improved maneuverability and controllability of pivotally joined combine having heavily loaded rear unit.
