SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-speed trains control systems. Proposed carry-on information and control complex of high=speed includes four information and control systems, each provided with satellite navigation system antenna, carry-on digital computer, first read-only storage, three-axle accelerometer, series interface adapter, information exchange main channel adapter, input-output unit, system interface unibus, system condition monitor, relay to switch off information exchange main channel with movement control system. Invention improves accuracy of location of train even if some navigation data sources fail and when there is no track side devices providing information on train location.

EFFECT: improved safety of railway traffic.
