The apparatus includes a transceiver of long-range radio signals, a transceiver of short-range radio signals, a receiver of signals of satellite navigation systems, a microprocessor information receiving and processing module, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a magnetometer, a pressure relief valve, a real-time clock, a power controller, voltage converters, a power supply battery, an alternate current generator, connected by means of an information control bus and a power supply bus.
EFFECT: safety of movement is increased.
