METHOD FOR PREPARING L-AMINO ACID USING MICROORGANISM Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2238325 C2

FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology, biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing L-amino acid using microorganism belonging to genus Escherichia or corynebacterium. Method involves culturing indicated microorganism in medium for producing and accumulation in medium and collecting the accumulated amino acid. Microorganism is created from the parent strain having respiratory chain way with high energetic yield and respiratory chain way with low energetic yield as ways of respiratory chain. This microorganism represents mutant strain or strain of genetic recombinant having one or both of the following features: respiratory chain way with high energetic yield is enhanced and respiratory chain way with low energetic yield is deficient. Method provides enhancing yield of L-amino acid.

EFFECT: improved preparing method.
