FIELD: crossing and bridge-building facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed bridge-building unit has gang pile driver, crane, binding frame, hydraulic supports, base truck with cab, engine, chassis frame and running gear with front suspension interlock mechanism and rear suspension interlocking device. Front interlock mechanism has segment cam with grip hinge-mounted on chassis frame bracket. Hydraulic cylinder is hinge-mounted on said bracket whose rod is connected to segment cam with grip and to spring, other end of spring being connected to plate of chassis frame. Rear suspension interlocking device includes segment cam with cavity hinge-connected in fork of binding frame bracket. Rod of hydraulic cylinder is hinge-connected to segment cam with cavity. Said hydraulic cylinder rod is hinge-connected in fork of other bracket of binding frame. Springs are connected to yoke of hydraulic cylinder. Other ends of springs are connected to rings of binding frame brackets.
EFFECT: reduced time taken for interlocking of front and rear suspensions, 1.6-2.0 times reduced labor input in operation.
