Abstract RU 2233937 C1

FIELD: bridge engineering, particularly bridge building equipment.

SUBSTANCE: machine has sliding panel with hydraulic cylinder mounted on sliding panel. Hydraulic cylinder body is connected in transversal plane to figured spacer by pins. Pins are inserted in tubular brackets connected to hydraulic cylinder body and in bushings of figured spacer. Figured spacer is connected in horizontal plane with support brackets secured to sliding panel by pins located in tubular brackets and in bushings of figured spacer. Shaft of hydraulic cylinder is pivotally connected with transversal frame bar. Telescopic hydraulic cylinders for battery impactor rotation are arranged in back sliding panel part. Central part of each telescopic hydraulic cylinder is connected in longitudinal plane with another figured spacer by pins inserted in intermediate rings of telescopic hydraulic cylinder and in figured spacer bushings. Figured spacer is connected with support brackets of telescopic hydraulic cylinder by pins located in figured spacer bushings and by support brackets of above hydraulic cylinder. Shaft of telescopic hydraulic cylinder is pivotally connected with side bar of battery impactor. Longitudinal cuts are formed between support brackets of above hydraulic cylinder in sliding panel deck. Hydraulic cylinders for folding outermost masts are installed on battery impactor girder. Body of each hydraulic cylinder for folding outermost masts is pivotally connected to medium girder part. Shaft thereof is pivotally connected to elongate bracket of girder lever.

EFFECT: reduced time of machine deployment and dismantling, reduced labor intensiveness, increased operational reliability.
