FIELD: building, particularly precast reinforced concrete coverings consisted of vaulted shell panels for span covering.
SUBSTANCE: reinforced concrete covering with dihedral shoulders is provided with similar under-reinforced members of composite layer formed of heat insulation claydite-concrete. Members have outer surfaces with upper parts of constant heights covering span with R radius. Outer surface of lower parts thereof are defined by dihedral concave surface with V-shaped grooves located along generators and spaced a distance one from another in span lengthwise direction. The distance is equal to V-shaped groove width. The grooves are used for keyed joint with upper surfaces of shoulder sides of adjacent panels having the same grooves. Panels are connected one with another with the use of vapor seal layer made of cement and sand took in amount of 1:2 correspondingly to which heat-insulation material is added.
EFFECT: increased height of span cross-section, providing of common action upon applied load, increased efficiency of covering production and assembling, manufacturability, elimination of materials with unlike properties, increased smoothness of outer covering surface, which improves healing work conditions, enhanced rigidity of base for built-up roofing, increased service life and reliability of ready covering as a whole.
