FIELD: civil engineering, in particular, procedure of manufacture of sandwich slabs of low vaults of a new construction for floors and coverings of industrial, transport and civil buildings. SUBSTANCE: sandwich slab has face anchorage bearing inserts, with which the entire load-bearing and constructive reinforcement is monolithic-connected the reinforcement is positioned in the whole contour of the slabs in the lower, upper and side monolith-finishing layers, the lower and middle layers in cross-section are made of a trapeziform with a parabolic contour of the upper edge, and the upper and side layers are made in the form of a vaulted shell monolithic-combined with the bearing inserts-walls. The load-bearing welded frames of the side layers are additionally reinforced by vaulted bars rigidly combined with the face inserts-walls of an L-shaped section. The method for manufacture of sandwich slabs combines the reinforcing materials and inserts-walls in a space reinforcing block, provides for connection of the vaulted bars to its side frames, arrangement of the reinforcing block in the falsework mould and molding of the lower and middle layers with the reinforcing fabric of the upper layer removed, with a profiling reduction in the transverse direction, and simultaneous action of hot compressed air at a temperature of 65-75 C on the delaminating mix of very light concrete, after that a damping interlayer is applied with a repeated profiling reduction, the combining upper reinforcing fabric is installed, and the upper and side layers are molded with the use of a batten vibrator. EFFECT: reduced deformability, enhanced bearing capacity and crack resistance at increased overall dimensions, reduced specific consumption of materials of finished products and production process, reduced power consumption and labor content. 9 cl, 11 dwg
