FIELD: applicable in pipe-jackets of composite materials, in particular, in compartments, connecting bodies of flight vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: the pipe-jacket of composite materials has a load-bearing framework of an arch rib-cellular structure with end frames corresponding to its profile, with a light-weight aggregate between the ribs, formed by layers of systems of crossing high-modulus fibers of spiral and circular direction fastened by a solidified polymeric binder, the light-weight aggregate is made of foamed polyethylene made monolithic on the sides of the ribs of the load-bearing frame by solid films of polyethylene with a density of 0.6 to 0.8 g/cu/cm, at its specific density within 0.1 to 0.15 g/cu.cm, provided with a cellular backing of fiberglass or basalt fiber, fastened to it by an adhesive substance on the basis of chemically built-up polyolefine, located on the inner surface of the load-bearing frame of the arch rib-cellular structure fastened to it by a polymeric binder.
EFFECT: provided wide perfection, enhanced strength and reliability of structure.
