SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panels made from composite materials. Frame panel made of polymer composite materials includes stiffeners (1), formed in the form of a single profile, consisting at the edges of horizontal bases (2), coupled in the middle and along with vertical flange (3), wherein stiffeners (1) are located relative to each other at angle of 90 degrees and are formed by a thin reinforcement thread impregnated with a polymer binder. Stiffening ribs (3) consist of layers of unidirectional high-strength and/or high-modulus threads bonded with polymer binder. Inter-rib spaces may accommodate interlayer of porous material, metal fittings connected with inner surfaces of vertical flange and horizontal base of stiffeners and with smooth skin.

EFFECT: decreased weight and higher rigidity.
