FIELD: devices for manufacture of enveloped structures.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the devices for manufacture of enveloped structures and may be used in swages for manufacture of tubes - envelopes of a rib-cellular structure made out of composite materials. A swage for manufacturing tubes - envelopes of the rib-cellular structure made out of composite materials contains: a core and a covering it material made out of flexible thermally stabilized flat plates with the rectilinear mutually crossed grooves on their outer surface between the blunted ledges with the flat lateral faces bent on a radius of curvature of the surface of the core and aligned with orientation of a continuity of directions of the grooves. The flexible thermally stabilized flat plates of the enveloping material of the core are supplied with the elastic - flexible gauze substrates in the form of the single layers glass fiber fabric - or basalt fabric, located on the side of their seat surfaces fixed by a glue composition based on a chemically cross-linked polyolefin with the groundings of the blunted ledges, made out of polyethylene foam with solidity of 0.1 - 0.15 g / cm3 and grouted on the flat lateral faces and outer surfaces by the formed continuous film of polyethylene with solidity of 0.6 - 0.8 g / cm3. The invention allows to improve performance, quality, strength and reliability of the items made on the swage.
