FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: water heating boiler with rectangular cross-section has foundation, on it burner and convection unit are installed, the burner space is limited by the inclined shearing grate, furnace walls made in for of the tube plates, that are hydraulically connected with the appropriate longitudinal boiler headers. The burner is adjacent to the convection block comprising gas channels, equipped with heat exchanger surfaces, comprising transverse streaming pipe bunches of tandem arrangement, the hydraulically connected with the longitudinal boiler headers. The boiler has settling chamber, the boiler foundation is made as common support frame, comprising casing of the inclined shearing grate, and casing of the settling chamber, at that the casing of the burner and convection block are supported by common support frame, and are secured to it. The top and bottom longitudinal boiler headers are made as common elements of the burner and convection block, with possibility of their use as carrying beams with length corresponding to the boiler length. The bottom headers along the length of the burner space include step pipe sections, hydraulically connected with the adjacent supported by the carrying structure inclined shearing grate. Length of pipes comprising one vertical panel connected with one step pipe section is same, but increases along the step pipe sections towards the convection block, besides, above the inclined shearing grate a horizontal ignition arch is made out of heatproof, heat accumulating material.

EFFECT: reduced weight and dimensions of the boiler, reduced amount of installation operations.
