METHOD FOR EVALUATING FUNCTIONAL STATE OF CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME PATIENTS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2238558 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves studying interval cardiometric values and nucleotide content in blood erythrocytes and evaluating adaptation potentials. Satisfactory adaptation level is characterized by adaptation process stress after Baevsky being within 89.2-116 units in lying position with an increment of 95.7-144.3% in standing position and mode amplitude being of 35.82-40.78% in lying position with an increment of 35.6-40.02% in standing position, ratio of ATP/AMP being equal to or greater than 23.88. Adaptation stress is characterized by adaptation process stress after Baevsky being within 134.1-219,9 units in lying position with an increment of 179.5-180.35% in standing position and mode amplitude being of 41.9-50.1% in lying position with an increment of 39.55-32.79% in standing position. Adaptation overstress is characterized by adaptation process stress after Baevsky being greater than 300 units in lying position with an increment of 23.2-32.2% or some reduction of the initial value in standing position and mode amplitude being greater than 60% in lying position with a reduction of 1.84-4.69% in standing position. Adaptation failure is characterized by adaptation process stress after Baevsky being less than 62.1 units in lying position with an increment of more than 317.1% in standing position and mode amplitude being less than 32.5% in lying position with an increment of 40.8 or higher in standing position, ratio of ATP/AMP being equal to or less than 8.356.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in developing adequate treatment methods and controlling their application efficiency.
