SUBSTANCE: base station of proposed device using at least one receiving antenna recovers long-time information, short-time information, and signal level-to-joint interference and noise ratio from feedback signal arriving from mobile station; executes spatial processing of signals coming from assigned physical channel; and transfers result of addition of pilot-channel signals and spatial processing data to mobile station. The latter using at least one receiving antenna evaluates first characteristic corresponding to that of downlink channel basing on data on pilot-channel signals transferred by base station for each of transmitting and receiving antennas, determines long-term information, short-term information, and downlink power transfer control information including signal level-to-joint interference and noise ratio reflecting mentioned first characteristic, and transfers feedback signal to base station.
EFFECT: minimized effect of interference, noise, and fading thereby maximizing throughput capacity.
