FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing tooth to repairing, manufacturing and fixing pin and following repair corresponding to anatomical shape of the frontal failing crown part teeth using composite materials. Pin is manufactured from metal net having cells of 0.4 mm. Pin crown part matches crown part defect width, its height being 1mm shorter than dental crown part height. The root portion of the pin is manufactured as twisted bundle of vertical net wires, its form corresponding to root canal shape. Crown-to-root transition part is formed as oval neck corresponding to 1-2 mm deep groove form preliminarily formed near the root base.
EFFECT: long service life.
